Characters: Eizen (aka Davy Jones) + whoever
Campaign: All throughout the break.
Format: Brackets preferred
Open + One Closed Prompt for Rokurou
Summary: So one very unlucky and unhappy former pirate turned dragon just arrived here. Great.
Option One: Library Time
[So after the initial "what the fuck I was just turning into a dragon and now I'm not" freak out, Eizen just made his way to the library. Not needing to do things like eat or sleep, he fully intends on camping out here for a day or two to read up on whoever this "Davy Jones" fellow is. Of course, being Eizen, he's going to totally end up camping out here for several days.
This means you might find him when he first arrives, pursuing the books on sailors and nautical stories and picking out whichever ones look most relevant. Or maybe you spot him when he's been here a day or two and now has The Little Mermaid, the story of Urashima TarÅ, and a book of general sailing superstitions. He's pretty okay those first few days, and won't get testy if interrupted. Later, though, you might see him with books on dragons and a lot of empty drink bottles. Be wary around him here.
Either way, if you pass by you will probably have a book fall on your foot. Reaper's Curse and all.]
Option Two: Power Testing
[At some point he gets dragged out of the library and gets directions to the ocean. He's a pirate again, after all, and he's super curious about what he can do. He's figured out he can summon alcohol and that he can summon a small tidal wave that's a few gallons at most, but he has no idea what else he can do.
He's sitting on a rock, looking over his journal and talking to himself.]
...if I get into the water, I'll probably drown. Then again, maybe I won't...
[He looks up, and if you're nearby he may call out:]
Hey, can you swim?
Option Three: Closed to Rokurou:
[A continuation of this]
It'll what now?
[Eizen just looks at Rokurou like he's crazy. This isn't Phi's compass, there is no way this thing is that attuned to him already.]
Option Four: Wildcard!
[Come at me]

[Come at me]

[Rude little kid. Eizen brushes his bangs from his face.]
Still, that was weird.

If it's a weird new thing, it's probably due to your Essence. Have you looked into it at all?

[And he is so annoyed by that.]
There's not much to do on land for a sailor.

I turn into a merman in the water.
no subject
Wow. [Going over the books he read looking up stuff on Davy Jones--] Little Mermaid?
no subject
Yeah, that's my Essence. Most of the big things I can do involve water in some way; outside of that, all I can really do is singing magic. So maybe yours is the same way.
I don't know where you'd get a boat, though. You'd probably have to ask the people who actually live here.
no subject
[Oh if he only knew.]
How much water do you need to do anything?
no subject
[He's unfamiliar with the term, but shrugs it off for now.]
I need to be in enough water to soak myself if I wanna turn into a merman. Otherwise, enough for me to manipulate the water into shape. I just recently found out how to make a weapon from water.
[He might need to start carrying around water bottles. It's no Keyblade but it'll get the job done.]

[Eizen has an idea and he is now wading back onto dry land.
Also he's cold.]
no subject
[Roxas has no idea what Eizen's planning, but he warily swims over to the shore with him. Since he's still soaked and still has his tail, he has to push and drag himself onto the wet sand, giving Eizen a look at him in all his merfolk glory.]
no subject
Is that water enough to summon with?
no subject
[That's a lot of water! He holds a hand up to shield his face from the spray, before turning to Eizen.]
I...I guess?? What are you wanting me to make??

[He thinks for a while, then nods. He holds out his hand and focuses, then begins humming a melody. He's not trying to beckon anyone closer, but his voice is still strangely enchanting, even if it's just him humming. Slowly, some of the water raises up and begins to move, coming up to his hand and slowly morphing and shaping itself. Eventually it begins to take form, and once it's done, it takes the shape of a strange, key-shaped weapon.]

Nice. Not sure what good a giant key will do as a weapon, but nice.
no subject
You'd be surprised. Too bad I can't show you the real thing.
[The real Keyblade was something, that was for sure. But even if his water-shaped replacement was little more than a glorified beatstick, it was better than being unarmed.]
no subject
[When it's not water, anyway.]
