[Because he doesn't look well. At least, not holding his stomach like that.]

[Before he can get out the words "sit down", pain shoots through his body, and he stumbles towards the ground.]

[He kneels down when the kid drops, hands out, but not touching him yet.]

Might need more than waiting this one out... You still with me?

[Oof. There's a pain in his stomach that just isn't going away. He clutches his stomach but that turns out not to be Asriel's only problem.]

I'm pretty sure I saw a doctor's place around here somewhere. Do you think you could walk at all, or are you okay with me carrying you?
