Summary: After spending all that time in the ocean, Shizuo is not having a great hair day. His hair is changing into all different kinds of colors and he is not happy.

[Should anyone be around Shizuo's house, which is located in a quieter residential district near one of the larger city parks, they will hear a very loud yell something like—]

AUUUUGGGHHHH!!!

[—followed by a sudden onslaught of an electrical lightning storm. Even those not nearby may notice a strange gathering of storm clouds somewhere in the distance, but then again it is the Index. Random things happen every day...]

[The writing is very stiff with some letters a little warped with deep blotches of ink at the end, as if the writer was restraining every ounce of his strength to not tear through the paper.]

B: Storming Through Town

[Well, he could stay home and hope someone is able to find something. But he's not that much of a coward and honestly he wants to find the place that sold him the hair dye he used to begin with to give them a piece of his mind. (Or make them feel like he's about to give them a piece of theirs if he's not careful—) So he will be venturing into town...only to find himself standing at where the shop used to be, a "CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE" sign hanging off its door. It clearly looks as if it had been abandoned for quite some time.

There is a sudden SNAP as his hand reaches out to crush it in one grip, more lightning striking around him as the air becomes completely electrified.]

..............I'm gonna find that lying cheap bastard......!!!!

[If no one has run into him by now, there is a very high chance an encounter will happen as he tears through the streets searching for the shopkeeper that had sold him the hair dye he had been using since arriving into this place. And should anyone have the misfortune of doing so, they will notice that not only is his hair a random color, sometimes changing every other minute, but it's styled in the classic Frankenstein monster stripes.

Anyway this guy looks like he's ready to murder someone and he probably will if left unchecked. Just be careful not to get zapped—there's a very intense electrical discharge coming frmo the enraged man.]

[It's hard to ignore the swirling storm clouds and a scream like that when he's practically neighbors with Shizuo. He has little concern on whether he'll get hit by lightning, or what awaits him inside Shizuo's home, he just know something is wrong and he should check on him.]

Shizuo? [He pounds at the door to his home several times. This...would actually the first time he's ventured to Shizuo's home. It's not like he never wanted to come over, he just never asked.]

[Now, Dojima had been in the process of looking to sign up with local town Guards, but the sudden out cry and strikes of electricity catches his attention pretty quickly.

For the love of-- What the hell, was that Shizuo? Imagines of Kanji Tatsumi racing around after biker gangs fills his minds eye, but knowing Shizuo's strength--]

[Alright, sign up another day. Pulling himself up on Llamrei, Dojima gave a click of his tongue while tapping his heels against her, and the horse knew exactly what to do, quickly turning and following the running Aspect.]

[But, with all that discharge, he couldn't get too close without possibly hurting Llamrei--]

[Kotori is just walking on her way back from some clothes shopping for the winter months (having a poor peasant girl for an essence means the ones you have tend to go threadbare and useless rather quickly). ... And maybe grabbing a whole roasted sweet potato from one of the vendors on her way. A nice enough pre-lunch snack, especially since the weather's cooling down quickly.

Buuuut then she feels some static in the air. And then flashes of lightning catch her eye. It seems to be coming from someONE, but it's hard to tell who at first. Not only is the electricity bright, but so is the culprit's hair. But then she sees the sunglasses, and the tattered suit...]

Shizuo-san?!

[What's going on? Is Hyde on the loose again?! She's NEVER seen Shizuo this mad before, that's the only thing she can think of that would set him off THIS badly!]
