A - The Doctor is out [Network]

I will not be meeting with clients in person until further notice. If you must make an inquiry for some medicine, use the journal to contact me. I will let you know when it's ready to be picked up.

B- A nightly stroll in the forest

[Anyone who happens to be wandering around or living in the forest, might hear a disturbance during the nighttime. It doesn't occur every night, but when it does, it sounded like someone was cutting down the trees. There's also a low rumbling like thunder that occasionally accompanied the sound afterwards, like a rhythmic thumping. Looking into the source, they will find themselves at the edge of the Index. The ground appeared unstable, with trees uprooted and large boulders that have been split into smaller pieces scattering about the area.

This warzone was only found along the edge of the Index, and every few nights, a new area would turn into a disaster area. If someone manages to catch the person in the act, it turns out to be the Disciple, or was it the Disciple? The low rumbling noise was from him ramming trees into the barrier or throwing boulders at it. Whatever he could pick up and throw, which was almost anything, he was directing them at the barrier. A few times he was crazy enough to punch the barrier.] I need...to go... [If you manage to get in close enough, you can hear him mumbling about going somewhere. It doesn't seem like he's quite all there himself. Are those pajamas he's wearing?]

Right. [He rubs at his forehead. Keep telling yourself that, we both know the truth. He shakes his head.]

I understand the advice you were trying to give, but I doubt we'll ever reach an understanding when his only interest is to cause harm to others. He is a representation of people's darkness, he is not there to do good for anyone.

Seems like it. [Just a long exhale as he thinks everything over. Ugh, this is way too hard and heavy for him.]

So if you can't understand him, all that's left is overpowering him. ...Guess you really do need that medicine to make any headway on that.

[He presses his hand against his temple, the other gripping the edge of the table.] Whatever it takes. I'll... [His head jerks as he suddenly flings his hand across the table, knocking everything over.]

You won't do anything. I've...already won. [He grips the side of his head with both hands.] Stop it! I just want to talk to Shizuo-chan! You're...not welcomed! I don't need an invitation! [The Disciple staggers backwards as he argues with himself like some mad man, screaming as if in pain.]

[hatesviolence]

[Shizuo starts when Disciple suddenly flings his hand across the table, eyes widening when he starts spouting off nonsense.]

Disci...!? [No.

That's not Disciple—not completely. It's Hyde.

Shit is just being around him already a trigger now!?

Frantically Shizuo moves and looks over at everything—is there something around here he can use? Any of those marbles??]

[The whole place was full of mysterious stuff in a jar. It may be impossible to find something to help in this situation. He's not going to have that chance anyway, cause here comes whomever, grabbing onto Shizuo's shirt.]

Hello~ Shizuo-chan! Long time no see! [His expression looked strain as he tries to give him a smile.]

[hatesviolence]

[This thing? No... ...What the hell is in this on—

And suddenly there is an unwanted hand grabbing onto his shirt followed by a greeting that reminds him way too much of a particular bastard, so his first impulse is to punch that face in.

But as he can see that Disciple is actually struggling with him, he just grinds his teeth and grips Hyde's wrist instead. If this guy is triggered by fighting, then that's probably the last thing he should try and get into right now.]

Fuck off.

[Go away, Hyde, no one wants you.]

Keke, aw don't be like that. [He leans towards him.]

I wouldn't keep secrets from you...unlike a certain someone. Don't listen to him--shut up! You had your chance! [He turns his head back and forth as he fights with himself.]

[hatesviolence]

[...Okay this is starting to get really annoying.]

Just talk. If you piss me off I'll just punch your face in, so cut the crap and get on with it.

[chippedsoul]

[He laughs quietly, his other hand on his lips--] Oh- [Well, he would, but he sees now that his fingers have ended with claws?]

Well, that's new... [He looks his hand over, wiggling his fingers before grinning widely.] I quite like this place, don't you? Just full of surprises! For example, your friend, you do realize he doesn't feel the same way about you, right? He's just using you for his experiments! You're a tool! Also, he conveniently left something out about what he remembers--grk! [He free hand grips at his own neck.] Enough!

[hatesviolence]

[...Yeah the claws are kind of disturbing. But Shizuo just glares as he hears what the freak has to say, not really moved by any of it.

But before he can say anything, it seems like Disciple is trying to fight back. He could just leave it, but...]

Yeah, I know. So?

[He'll answer all the same.]

Normally I hate people who just use people as tools, but I volunteered to help. He's got issues, but you're the one who pisses me off more. So if Disciple can't pull you back, I'll put you to sleep myself.

[chippedsoul]

[He raises his brow. That was clearly not the response he was expecting.] How--how can you say that...?! [He tightens his grip on Shizuo's clothes while trying to talk with the hand around his neck.]

How can you trust this guy? What makes you think he's...he's who he claims he is? -Whatever there is of him!

[hatesviolence]

Doesn't matter. If what I learn pisses me off then I'll deal with it then, but for now I only care about what I see.

[Wouldn't be the first time he's made friends or gotten along with people of questionable pasts—like Vorona. He eventually figured out she was involved with what happened with Akane, but by then he also got to know her. He's treating Disciple no different.

He then tightens his grip on Hyde's wrist and actually starts to lift him up a about a foot.]

So piss off, I'll be the one to decide what to do.

[chippedsoul]

[He grits his teeth, glaring at Shizuo.] Don't....don't you dare- [He manages to regain control of the hand around his neck, freeing it.]

Don't tell me what to do! [He swipes at Shizuo's face.]

[hatesviolence]

[Just as the hand is about to make contact, his own suddenly reaches up to grab it as well. Electricity is now crackling around them, lights flickering as storm clouds gather outside of the building.]

Then I'll just make you!

[With hands gripping both arms, Shizuo lets out a yell as he just throws Hyde across the room like a rag doll. In hindsight... He might should have been more careful because that's still Disciple's body, but fuck Hyde.]

[chippedsoul]

[He goes slamming into the wall, causing the shelves nearby to shake and nearly knocking over some of the jars. As he crashes onto the ground, he lays motionless. On closer inspection, the claws have started to recede, returning his hands to normal.]

[hatesviolence]

[Shizuo breathes a little hard for only a few seconds before he calms, staring at where Hyde had ultimately landed. Well, at least he didn't send the guy through the wall. Slowly he steps towards him, a little cautious because he knew how durable he could be. But he sees the man motionless, hands returning to normal.

Reflexively he reaches into his pocket to pull out a cigarette, but remembering where he was, he just clicks his tongue and shoves it back in his pocket before sitting down to stare at Disciple. He's at least breathing, so he'll just wait a little bit before attempting to do anything, his thoughts drifting to the exchange he just had.]

[chippedsoul]

[It takes some time before there's movement from Disciple. His body felt understandably sore from being tossed into the wall, his head throbbing. He chooses to roll onto his side for now, a hand pressed against his head.]

Why are you still here? [His voice was strain, but he could see Shizuo and probably glaring up at him unintentionally. His head was just in so much pain, to the point it was blocking out how sore his body was.] He's still here.

[hatesviolence]

So?

[Just a simple response as Shizuo continues to watch him. Looks like nothing is broken...]

Where's your first aid?

[chippedsoul]

I-... [Now even Disciple can't even make sense of Shizuo. He can't give him an answer while someone keeps yelling and banging in his head.] Stop... [I'm not finished with him! He holds his head in both hands. The noise just won't stop.]

[hatesviolence]

[...So Hyde is still there, huh? At this point Shizuo isn't sure what to do—outside of trying to knock Disciple unconscious again.

...]

Sorry.

[He'll just. Reach out and flick his finger right at the center of Disciple's forehead. It may be just a flick, but with the strength he has, it should be enough to knock him out. ....And not crack his skull. Probably.]

[chippedsoul]

[He doesn't hear anything or realize what's Shizuo's doing until there is a sudden focus point of pain on his forehead and a force strong enough to knock him backwards. He hits the wall behind him, a double whammy of pain as he gasps and yells. But, it effectively knocks him out, as he goes limp against the wall. Maybe he'll remember something when he wakes up]

[Shizuo just sighs. He really hated using his strength like this, but it seemed like the best option. For now he'll just readjust Disciple so he's lying flat before standing to try and find the first aid kit. ...Or maybe he should just the healing potions he always carries.

He's going to have to restock on these soon...

In any case, he'll just look around the room and then only look in the immediate areas. He doesn't actually want to leave Disciple alone for too long in case he wakes up.]

[chippedsoul]

[There's likely a first aid kit in the drawer of a nearby desk for Shizuo to collect. Disciple is just going to stay passed out for a little while longer.]

[Pillaging success! Obtained First Aid Kit.

He will then return to Disciple's side and just. Wait.

...And maybe tend to any wounds that may have been inflicted.]

[There aren't any visible open wounds, but he'll likely have gotten a few bruises from being tossed and then smacked in the head, twice. The occasionally fiddling will eventually cause him to stir from the soreness. He'll immediately have regrets it though as he groans, head throbbing but for another reason.]
