[It had barely been a week, but Atem was already giving himself a routine. Walk in the early mornings to gather herbs, pick up a book or three from the library to study more of his essence, and then visit Seto Kaiba to either help with the Tea Dragons or to use his gingerbread house to study in because he didn't want to go home where it was a bit lonesome.
Today was no different as no different as he knocked on the door, idly wondering if he would ever accidentally crack it. His satchel was full of a few plants and only one book this time. He had yet to find anything on shapeshifting, so it looked like that was going to have to be something he practices on his own. And while Coyote wasn't necessarily a medicine man, he was somehow associated with medicine nonetheless. He seemed naturally drawn to the natural world at this point, so why not try his hand?]
Rabbit Season, Duck Season
[There was a very unamused large coyote resting between the two establishments. Bunnies were using him as a jungle gym why he waited the effects of the dish he ate off. He had changed into a coyote on his own for once, but he was still unsure how to change back. But then he had grown hungry and... well, now he was just disgruntled. The people roped into the duck costumes were amusing at first, but as the afternoon wore on, Atem was just tired. He huffed loudly, tail swiping at an errant rabbit and earning a sour look from the hare cafe owner.]
Don't look at me like that, sir, you are responsible for them. Not me.
Tea Dragons
[Atem was doing his best with the grooming. Kaiba had shown him how already but he wasn't here at the moment. He thought he could do it on his own after that. Nope. While there was a chamomile snoozing in his lap, several of the rooibos were climbing all over him, nestling into his hair and generally just not sitting still.]
