Whatever she needed to do to get his attention, but he would be keeping an eye on her regardless. So when she starts to move to the edge, he just sinks down a little more in attempt to hide himself while keeping track of her movements.

When she lifts herself out of the water, however, Rokurou just casually turns away. He hasn't really tried to get out himself so he has no idea how that would go, so better not to risk it. It's only when he hears her speak (muffled as it is) that he glances up to see oh hey guess they do get clothing back. Good to know. In any case he's now moved over to some reeds so that he can poke his head out a little to better listen and see what's going on.
